LaunchReady Website System

People look for you online and don't find what they need.

Someone hears about your business and searches for it. They find nothing, or a page that is years old, hard to read on a phone and missing your current services.

They cannot tell what you offer or how to reach you, so they move on.

Ready to use

Who it is for

Small businesses that have no website yet, or one that no longer represents them.

What it aims to improve

A clear, fast, mobile-friendly site that explains what you do and makes it easy to contact you.

What changes for you

  • Customers who search for you find a site that represents you
  • Your services, opening hours and contact details are clear on any phone
  • One obvious way to reach you, so interest turns into a call or a message

What it does

We build a one-page site, or a small site with a few sections, around your services and your customers' questions. It works on phones, loads quickly, and leads visitors to one clear way of contacting you.

How the work proceeds
  1. You send your content

Your services, opening hours, logo, photos and the key points you want to make.

  2. We build a first version

You see it on a private preview link, on your phone and your computer.

  3. You review it

One revision round is included for your changes.

  4. We publish it

On your domain, once you approve.

What is included

  • A one-page site or a small site with several sections
  • A layout that works on phones, tablets and computers
  • A contact option or a booking link
  • Basic setup so search engines can read the site
  • One revision round
  • The finished site is yours: you receive its files and keep your content
  • Your choice of how it goes online: you publish it yourself, or we launch it for you
  • A handover where we show you how to change the site yourself

What is not included

  • An online shop
  • Custom software
  • Logo design
  • Ongoing content writing
  • A domain: you bring your own, registered in your name
  • Paid plugins or licences

What you need to bring

  • Your business details, services and opening hours
  • Your logo
  • Photos, or your permission to use suitable imagery
  • Your text, or the key points you want the site to make
  • Your own domain, and access to it so that we can connect it

Where this service stands

Ready to use

Available now in a defined scope. We agree the details in a short call.

Good to know before we start

  • You bring your own domain, registered in your name. If you have none, we show you where to register one, and in exceptional cases we do it with you. Connecting and setting up a domain is always a paid service.
  • Whether hosting is charged depends on your situation and is agreed in the first call. Where hosting is included, it is for a stated period, never for ever.
  • The domain, the site and its files are yours. You can move them to another provider at any time, and we help with the transfer.
  • Publishing depends on your approval of the preview and, if you bring your own domain, on access to it.
  • Changes beyond the included revision round are agreed separately.

Not sure what you want? Start from a style

You do not need a design in mind. These are directions a site can take. Pick the one closest to your business, or tell us to surprise you.

  • Professional: calm, clear and factual. For practices, consultancies and trades.
  • Classy: quiet, generous spacing, fine typography. For salons, studios and restaurants.
  • Bold: large type, strong colour, one loud message. For gyms, events and new brands.
  • Unapologetic: confident to the edge of arrogant. For businesses that are the expensive choice and say so.
  • Warm: friendly, personal and close. For family businesses, care and local shops.
  • Minimal: almost nothing on the page except what matters. For portfolios and specialists.

Tell us your direction in the introductory call.

Two ways to go online

The website itself is the same in both cases. You choose who puts it online.

  • Option A, you publish it yourself: we hand over the finished website files and a short guide. You put the site online with a provider of your choice and look after it from there.
  • Option B, we launch it for you: we set up the hosting, connect your domain, publish the site and check that everything works. This is a paid service.
  • With option B you can also ask us to look after the site: updates, small changes and help when something breaks. What that covers and what it costs is agreed with you beforehand.
  • In both cases the site and the domain belong to you.
  • We do not promise hosting at no charge for ever. The providers we build on can change their terms, so costs after the first year are always named in advance.

Tell us in the introductory call which option suits you.

How we work together on your website

A few clear rules keep the project short and fair for both sides.

  • Payment in two parts: one half before we start, the other half before the site is published. The partnership places have no service fee and therefore no deposit.
  • A date for your content: we agree a day by which your texts, photos and logo arrive. The 48 hours start when everything is here.
  • One revision round is included. Every further round is a paid extra, and we tell you so before it starts.
  • A one-page agreement: it states who owns the site and the domain, what is included, and what continues after the first year.
  • A yearly care plan, if you want one: hosting, updates, small changes and help in one predictable yearly amount, instead of separate bills.

A first version within 48 hours

Once we have spoken and your content is complete, you can see a first version of your site within 48 hours. These are the conditions:

  • We always start with the introductory call, so that we build the right site.
  • The 48 hours start on a working day, once everything we asked for has arrived and we have confirmed that it is complete. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.
  • It applies to the standard one-page site.
  • You receive a first version to review on a private preview link. It is not yet published.
  • Publishing follows your approval and needs access to your domain.
  • It depends on our capacity. We confirm your delivery slot with you before work starts.

Portfolio partnership: three founding places

We are building our portfolio. Three businesses receive the standard website without paying us a service fee, launched by us and hosted for one year at no charge. In return, we may show the finished site as an example of our work. A place that is taken is crossed out.

  • Place 1: no service fee, one year of hosting
  • Place 2: no service fee, one year of hosting
  • Place 3: no service fee, one year of hosting
  • The offer is for the LaunchReady website only. Engines, AI assistants and all other services are not part of it.
  • For real, operating small businesses that have no modern website yet.
  • You can supply your content within a time we agree together.
  • The scope is the same as the standard site, with one revision round.
  • We launch the site for you, and one full year of hosting is included, counted from the day your site goes online. A site that goes online on 12 October 2026 is hosted until 12 October 2027.
  • You bring your own domain. Connecting it is a paid service, as for every customer, and you pay for third-party licences if your site needs any. We tell you these costs before you agree to anything.
  • After the first year you choose: you take over the hosting yourself, or we continue to host the site for a yearly fee that we name in advance.
  • You own your content and the finished site after handover.
  • You are never asked for a positive opinion or an online review. If you would like to say something about working with us, that is your choice and in your own words.
  • Places are given at our discretion, and the terms are set down in a short agreement.

Ask about the partnership in your introductory call.

Questions we hear

“I have no texts and no photos. Can we still start?”
Yes. In the call we work out the key points together. For photos we agree whether you supply them or we use suitable imagery with your permission.
“Can I change the site myself later?”
Yes, and we show you how. At handover we walk you through changing your texts, photos and opening hours yourself. If you prefer, we make changes for you; larger ones are agreed separately.
“Do I need to own a domain already?”
It is best if you do. The domain should be registered in your name, so that it always belongs to you. If you have none yet, we show you where to register one, and in exceptional cases we do it with you. Connecting the domain to your site is a paid service.
“What happens after the first year?”
If we host your site, we agree with you before the year ends whether the hosting continues and at what yearly fee. You renew your domain yourself with your provider. If you would rather move the site elsewhere, you can, and we help with the transfer.
“Can I just take the website and put it online myself?”
Yes. That is option A: you receive the finished files and a short guide, and you publish the site wherever you like.
“I don't know what style my site should have. Is that a problem?”
No. The style directions and demo sites on this page are a starting point. Tell us which one feels closest and we take it from there.
“What does it cost?”
That depends on your situation, so we publish no price list. We discuss the price with you during the first call, once we understand what you need.
